Positive: Location was absolutely wonderful as it was in the middle of the forest as advertised. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in a family room with balcony (Kaati) and the rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all very good and well maintained. The food was excellent. We had lunch (buffet), dinner (buffet) and breakfast (buffet) the next day and they were all very good. The prices were very affordable and the service was excellent with all the staff being very polite, courteous and hospitable which was very delightful. The owner was present during our stay and was engaging in conversation which lended that extra personal touch which was very nice too. He also made the gesture to say goodbye that evening as he was heading out which was also quite nice and personal. Even during checkout he had a phone conversation with us to make sure everything was okay which was fantastic too - really appreciated. Campfire was set next to our stay and firewood was brought in to keep the fire going on demand - and there were no additional charges which was really good. There were some badminton racquets and we used it to play some relaxed badminton. Overall really great experience and I would really recommend staying here for a night or two at the very least - maybe up to a week if the goal is to have an escape from city life and away from work.

Negative: The approach road from the main road to the parking lot was not good as it was not asphalted and uneven as a mud road. We had issues with our Hyundai i10 as it is not a 4 wheel drive and has lower clearance from the ground and there were many stones that made the drive up to the parking lot very challenging. All the other passenger apart from the driver had to get out in order for the car to be able to make its way up. I would recommend that this road be asphalted or redone with concrete as it would make the drive up to the parking lot convenient and safe both for the vehicle and the passengers. The parking lot itself is just a flat area and is unprotected from the elements (no parking structure with a roof), therefore the car is subject to intense heat during the day and equally intense cold during the night. The road from the parking lot to the stay is inaccessible by car and can only be reached by the jeep driven by a caretaker. The descent is very steep and dangerous as the mud road is extremely uneven and full of many stones - some firm and others loose. The jeep can seat 5 including the driver and unfortunately had seatbelts only in the front - I sat in the front and buckled myself but the driver did not - which is not advisable in any case but especially so given the terrain. My elderly parents and brother had no option of buckling themselves in at the back because of the lack of seatbelts - which was concerning for me because in case of an unfortunate accident their lives would surely be at risk. The owner mentioned that this approach road was kept exactly so to offer this unique experience - but surely the road can be made slightly better and the risk reduced by incorporating safety measures. There's no WiFi access apart from the main building - this can be easily fixed by using Mesh WiFi (with for example 6 or more nodes that are linked with the main router) and providing fast internet access to all the rooms where the Mesh nodes are placed in.
